Try It Out

This 1:1 coaching package includes 1 session. Sessions are 50 minutes in length. This package is ideal for clients who are starting a new program, past clients who may have new complex questions, new clients who aren’t sure but want to “try it out”, existing clients wishing to extend their time with their health coach, and for past clients who may not have met with their health coach in the last 6 months.

Starter

This 1:1 coaching package includes two (2) bi-weekly sessions for 1 month. Sessions are 50 minutes in length. This package is ideal for those who may not be ready to commit long-term but want to get a solid start. It is also ideal for existing clients wishing to extend their time with their health coach and for previous clients who know exactly what they want. This package includes one email per week and a journal.

This individual coaching package includes six (6) bi-weekly sessions to be utilized over 3 months. Sessions are 50 minutes in length. This package is ideal for clients who know what they want and are committed to achieving their goals.
